We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel any appointments a minimum of 2 business days in advance (more notice is greatly appreciated).
Failing to show or rescheduling/cancelling an appointment with less than 2 business days notice will result in a $75 fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Our goal is to provide quality preventive dental hygiene care to our clients in a timely manner. No shows, late arrivals and cancellations negatively affect our clients and staff. Thank you for understanding.
We require confirmation of all appointments at least 2 business days in advance. Several text and email reminders will be sent from our automated reminder program.
If you fail to confirm your appointment, it will be assumed you no longer require the appointment and it will automatically be cancelled.
As a small business run by dental hygienists, we do not employ a receptionist. Because of this, having our clients respond to their automated appointment reminders is incredibly helpful! It saves us a significant amount of time not having to reach out to our clients individually for confirmation, because let's be honest - our hands are in people's mouths most of the day creating healthy, beautiful smiles!
